Lawn Maintenance Crew Member
Starting pay

We are looking for a qualified lawn maintenance member, a “can do” professional with
the necessary people skills and a great attitude, who is both customer and team-
focused. This position requires:

Valid driver’s license and spotless driving record, as evidenced by DMV records.

Deep understanding of lawn equipment, how to maintain and operate it safely and efficiently.

Evidence / skill in leading a team.

Evidence / skill in driving a truck with trailer and company equipment.

Professional ability to work well with others and outstanding communication skills.
Your job will be to deliver the highest quality lawn maintenance / service to every client
every week - to know the client’s needs and to meet them. You will be fully responsible
for running your truck, route, and client list and making sure the work is done
professionally. You will lead a crew or work alone; you will also report to an Office Manager. You will be expected to arrive at the company shop Monday through Friday at 7 am and work until the tasks for all clients are completed for that day.
The ideal candidate will be a non-smoker with certification(s) including USDA, ICPI,
VNLA or other landscaping related field.
Work is normally 40 hours per week, but occasionally weather-related, equipment-
related and / or client-related issues will require weekend work to catch up.
Pay will start at $15.75 per hour -- merit raises and job bonuses will be awarded based
on performance factors such as customer satisfaction, job efficiency and overall crew

Landscaping Crew Leader

Office Assistant
Starting pay

Green Collar Landscaping is seeking an Office Assistant. This is a part/full-time up to 40 hours per week position, weekdays with some Saturdays. This is a REMOTE position. *Must have own computer (mac or pc), smart phone and internet service.

Answer telephone/emails in a courteous and professional manner and relay prompt, accurate messages to appropriate staff, Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Schedule appointments from multiple sources.

Provides support to the professional staff as needed, including mailing functions.

Responsible for receiving, recording payments and following up with outstanding accounts.

Responsible to make client reminder calls.

Responsible to run monthly reports as needed.

Responsible for all client intake procedures, screening, ensuring client scheduling

Making sure all jobs are completed by technicians via job scheduling software.

Responsible for preparing daily logs.

Responsible to know and follow the Health and Safety procedures of the agency.

Update client information at each visit.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a dedicated and quiet space to work from.

Computer experience is a MUST.

Experience with Service Autopilot is a plus!

Skill in word processing, data entry, language use, and spelling.

Customer Service skills in a professional environment.

Ability to deal professionally and effectively with the public.

Ability to deal with a diversity of people in many types of crisis situations, make appropriate assessments and referrals, and recognize one's own limitations.

Ability to maintain confidentiality
